Art Garage Sale actually began many years ago at a small contemporary art museum in Boulder, Colorado. The event focused on local artists selling their work in a laid-back setting at affordable prices. This concept morphed and evolved into ArtGarageSale.com although the roots of the idea have remained the same; there are two main underlying roots: Offer a way for regular people, who don't want to spend thousands of dollars, to own a piece of art and Offer a way for artists to sell their work at affordable prices.

There is something very special in purchasing artwork. Art Garage Sale wants to spread that feeling and spread affordable, beautiful artwork around the world because nothing beats that feeling of looking at that wonderful piece of original art on your wall everyday!
